Shahab Dadjou

Interim President

Shahab Dadjou joined in June of 2022 as the Interim President of Silicon Valley Medical Development, LLC (SVMD).

Shahab is an accomplished healthcare executive and strategist who has held executive roles at various healthcare organizations in northern and southern California, including integrated healthcare delivery systems, community and academic medical centers, medical foundations and physician organizations. In his most recent role at Children’s Hospital of Orange County, CA, he expanded the medical practice foundation, and advanced the integrated health system’s physician alignment, ambulatory care strategies and several joint ventures during the past five years. Shahab served in several more executive transformational roles with various health systems and physician groups to lead turnaround, practice optimization, and development for provider-sponsored physician enterprises, focused on improving financial and operational performance.
